Merry Christmas 2009

Good Morning! We woke up today to a cold but not snowing Christmas Morning!

We wanted to share a bit of the Christmas decorating here in Mississauga. One of our favorite decorations is Mickey's Christmas Clockshop. We first saw it at a Meijer's store in Michigan but for some crazy reason didn't choose to buy it. When we saw one a few months later in Thunder Bay we snapped it up and have loved it ever since.

We have so many treasured ornaments for our tree that we had to find a way to display the overflow.

Our Christmas tree has approximately 800 lights that flash in 3 different patterns at the same time. The tree has ornaments old and new, some handmade, some bought, but all tell a story.

We have several nativity sets. Our oldest one is one that F has had since he was a small child.

Finally we have our Christmas village. The star of our Christmas Village is the illuminated Christmas tree that F's Grandma made for us.

From our house to yours we hope you have all the best in this Joyous Season! Merry Christmas to all!
